萘系高效減水劑的化學成分為萘磺酸甲醛縮合物。萘系高效減水劑由工業萘(或精萘)經濃硫酸磺化后用甲醛縮合、液堿中和而成,主要成分是β-萘磺酸甲醛縮合物,硫酸鈉的含量≤30%，屬非引氣型減水劑,其特點是減水率高,增強高,不引氣,適合配制各種早強、高強、蒸養、流態混凝土。萘系高效減水劑適用于所有鋼筋混凝土和預應力混凝土結構,可單獨使用,也可與其他外加劑復合使用。

①原料 萘(煤焦油腦、精萘)、硫酸、甲醛、氫氧化鈉、氧化鈣。

②要生產設備 磺化反應釜、縮合釜、中和槽、板框式過濾機、噴霧干燥設備。

④生產工藝及配制方法 萘系高效減水劑由萘與濃硫酸在160～165℃下,經磺化后得到a-萘磺酸和β-萘磺酸,然后在120℃水解,除去a-萘磺酸。β-萘磺酸在酸催化下與甲醛縮合,最后用堿中和得萘磺酸甲醛縮合物粉狀減水劑。
